Semiautomatic net weight dosing machine for flour and granular products
Filling machine suitable for the dosage of floury foods, but also for cereals and dry foods that do not require a high production volume. They are very versatile and easy to clean, with a vibrating channel that easily extracts any product from a hopper made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
The particular shape of the hopper prevents any attachments of the product and is equipped with a shutter to guarantee constant and precise weighing. It is possible to carry out two-stage weighing to improve accuracy, furthermore the powerful microprocessor is able to memorize up to 12 formulas which can be recalled simply by the operator. Roughing and finishing are adjustable speed with the possibility of automatic tare cycle. Constructed in different models to cover a range of dosages from 20g up to 10 Kg, they are able to carry out packaging both in rigid bags and in soft bags.
The models offered are distinguished that one is equipped with an adjustable supporting surface (SVTE model) to adapt easily to the different dimensions of the bags, while the second is characterized by a bag holder spring located on the weigher hopper (SVEB model).
